cody

Who doesn’t code with AI these days? I used to use GitHub Copilot and I found it to be a huge help with coding. First, it sped up my coding time and I could get suggestions on delivering better code.

However, GitHub Copilot is now paid, so I’m now trying Cody AI. Cody AI, made by Sourcegraph, can help with coding like GitHub Copilot, but you can also ask questions with a choice of various LLMs from its ChatGPT, Claude AI, and Mixtral engines.

Cody AI has some interesting features, including Chat, Documentation (can create documentation), editing, explaining code, Smell, Generate Test unit, and Custom. I haven’t tried all its features yet, only the Chat and code suggestion features. However, so far, Cody is fascinating to use. I might write a review of it in the future.
