Ingredients:

  • A piece of ginger about the size of your thumb
  • 20 grams of medium-ground coffee
  • 2 lemon slices
  • 2 tablespoons of honey

Instructions:

  1. Bring water and ginger to a boil.
  2. Put the coffee in the V60 dripper.
  3. Pour the hot water over the coffee.
  4. Add the lemon slices.
  5. Add the honey.
  6. Sip and enjoy!

Notes:

  • If you like your ginger strong, you can add more.
  • If you don’t have ginger, you can use another spice, like cinnamon or cardamom.
  • If you don’t have honey, you can use sugar.
