I feel my time management is very bad, very far from effective, many things could have done but did not think to do, so much to be done or my time management was poor?, or indeed the lack of time?, or it has lost the rhythm of work.

Some days I was experiencing burnout and confused what to do, I lose the rhythm of work, or did I not fit in this job, oh I do not know what to do
